Responsibilities
- Execute inventory management and order fulfillment procedures during weekend night shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and automated sorting systems
- Monitor security protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues in real-time
- Document daily activities and prepare shift transition reports
- Implement quality control measures to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Adapt to fluctuating demand during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA certification for equipment operation (or willingness to obtain)
