Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move stock and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to ensure optimal warehouse efficiency.
- Load and unload freight trucks quickly and safely, adhering to all safety protocols and weight limits.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Complete all required paperwork, including daily logs and reports, accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and weekend shifts as required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus but not required.
