Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload inbound and outbound freight from trailers and trucks.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and organize stock to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
