Responsibilities
- Execute daily order picking, packing, and shipping operations according to standard operating procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts during stock rotations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and quality standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks accurately and safely.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required for entry-level).
- Ability to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
