Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained efficiently during the shift.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to resolve workflow issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time consistently.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
