Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners to process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Sort, organize, and label packages to ensure accurate distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
- Perform quality control checks on products before they leave the facility.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
