As a Weekend Logistics Specialist, you will be the backbone of our weekend operations, ensuring that our supply chain remains seamless and efficient. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time team members, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipping operations, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to resolve logistical bottlenecks and optimize workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in training new hires on weekend shift procedures and safety standards.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Portland facility.
- Valid Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons.
