Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily logistics operations during the weekend shift to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and third-party logistics providers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, conducting shift briefings and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock transfers to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly preferred.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and in a fast-paced environment.
