Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all inbound and outbound logistics operations during weekend shifts to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize warehouse flow.
- Conduct daily inventory audits and maintain accurate records using our ERP systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and occasional holidays.
