As a Weekend Coordinator, you will oversee critical operations from Friday through Sunday, ensuring seamless logistics flow while maintaining the high standards our clients expect. We value reliability, safety, and efficiency above all else.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all weekend warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
- Coordinate cross-border freight movements and ensure timely customs documentation.
- Supervise a team of 5+ warehouse associates during peak weekend shifts.
- Conduct daily safety audits and ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to track shipments, manage logs, and resolve discrepancies.
- Train new staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends (Friday-Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
