Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily production targets.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve workflow issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
