Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring 99.9% on-time delivery accuracy
- Lead team of 8-10 warehouse associates with performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems using SAP and WMS technologies
- Resolve operational escalations and coordinate cross-departmental workflows
- Generate shift performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in warehouse/supervisory roles
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean record
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) mandatory
