Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and workflows during the Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of warehouse associates to ensure peak productivity.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards on the floor.
- Address operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements for weekend efficiency.
- Conduct shift briefings and safety meetings with the team before starting.
- Ensure all equipment is operational and maintained throughout the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
