Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products or resolving inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock merchandise and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during busy weekend periods.
Qualifications
