Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service to all shoppers visiting the Nashville location.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with speed and accuracy to process transactions.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all customers and staff.
- Collaborate effectively with the weekend team to meet daily sales and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a professional and solution-oriented attitude.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a positive and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly valued but not required.
- Must be a reliable, punctual team player.
