Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including processing returns and exchanges.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean, tidy sales floor.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, store hours, and policies with a helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts as needed.
- Ensure the security of the store by following all loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout your shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
