Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide product information and recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure stock levels are replenished and displays are updated.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not strictly required.
