Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection and checkout processes.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring merchandise is presented attractively.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, identify out-of-stock items, and communicate needs to the management team to ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Register Operations: Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash and digital payments, and manage returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during busy weekend shifts.
- Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time and ready to work.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, lift boxes, and perform light physical tasks as needed.
