Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance with their inquiries.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory counts.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and safe for all visitors and employees.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a cohesive work environment.
- Policy Adherence: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures at all times.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns calmly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- No Experience Needed: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required; we train motivated candidates.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse range of people.
- Reliability: Dependable with a history of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) as needed.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable handling cash, making change, and basic calculations.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
