Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle payments.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and well-presented.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed information about promotions and store policies.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light physical tasks.
