Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a clean, appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store cleanliness throughout the weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week, primarily on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology (smartphones/tablets).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville location.
