Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival and during their shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and organized.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding store hours, product availability, and services.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure the cash drawer balances at the end of every shift.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to manage queues and ensure a smooth customer flow.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting store environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation is required.
