Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy.
- Assist in inventory management and stock room organization.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling skills.
