Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer basic inquiries about store services.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle cash.
- Perform routine cleaning duties, including trash removal and restroom maintenance.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute weekend promotions and visual merchandising.
- Uphold company policies and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
