Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist Customers: Provide a warm welcome to shoppers and offer friendly, knowledgeable assistance with products and services.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment by stocking shelves, folding clothing, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Cashier Duties: Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card payments, and ensure all receipts and paperwork are organized.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in receiving deliveries, and report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on the weekends.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and supervisors to achieve daily sales goals and store objectives.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- No Experience Required: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training is provided.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to follow instructions.
