Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in stocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean, safe sales floor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform basic inventory counts and ensure stock levels are sufficient.
Qualifications
