Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently during peak hours.
- Process transactions, handle cash, and manage returns or exchanges with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and inventory goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attitude: A friendly, professional, and customer-focused mindset.
- Requirements: No previous retail experience required; we provide full training.
