Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock shortages or overstock situations.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the store, including restroom and break areas.
- Handle cash transactions with strict adherence to company policies and cash-handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and the ability to use a computer or touchscreen terminal.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
