Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, orderly sales floor to meet company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the receiving and organization of new stock.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Cash handling and balancing of drawers at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
