Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise to ensure optimal store levels and product availability.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by answering questions, locating products, and processing transactions efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace by performing routine cleaning duties and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to meet daily operational goals and support store management.
- Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; however, equivalent work experience is accepted.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a consistent work history are essential.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate various environments within the facility.
