Your Role
As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. This entry-level position is perfect for students, career changers, or anyone looking to earn extra income on weekends without the stress of a 9-to-5 schedule.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor by stocking merchandise and restocking shelves according to visual standards.
- Point of Sale: Process cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.
- Merchandising: Assist in setting up attractive displays and promotional materials to drive sales during peak weekend hours.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Support: Help monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damages to management.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires; prior retail experience is a bonus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, with some flexibility for evening shifts if needed.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time and ready to work.
- Local Residence: Must reside in or near Miami, FL.
