Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering product inquiries.
- Stock shelves and displays with accuracy and attention to detail to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process customer transactions.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy and standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to our Atlanta location.
- Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, with consistent hours.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills and the ability to operate standard office and retail equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
