Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with high accuracy.
- Inventory Support: Assist in organizing stock, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining warehouse organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems under supervision.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Site Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and safe to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong history of attendance and punctuality.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic Skills: Basic reading, writing, and math skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attitude: A positive, eager-to-learn attitude with a strong work ethic.
