Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 person weekend warehouse team with shift scheduling and performance monitoring
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safe working environment
- Coordinate with overnight shift for seamless handover and operational continuity
- Process shipments using WMS systems and resolve logistics discrepancies
- Conduct weekly team training sessions for operational efficiency
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Valid North Carolina forklift certification required
- Proficient in WMS software (Oracle/JDA preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal overnight supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-6PM)
