Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Perform daily cycle counts and participate in inventory audits.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve workflow issues and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
