Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and sort packages using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting and stocking of inventory to ensure our shelves are fully stocked for the upcoming week.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and keep your work area clean and organized at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays (or rotating weekend shifts).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must possess a reliable means of transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, safety labels, and shipping documents.
- No Experience Needed: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for all new hires.
