As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. We offer a safe, clean, and fast-paced environment where your hard work directly impacts our success.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery to ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Operate warehouse management software and handheld scanning devices efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
