Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely to meet daily volume targets.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock counts using warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly with or without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
