What You'll Do
As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. You will work closely with a dynamic team to maintain high standards of efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to comply with OSHA standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks during peak weekend shifts.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with availability for overtime.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
