Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damages and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable learning simple scanning software and data entry.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Work Ethic: A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
