Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with accuracy and speed.
- Execute pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and legally.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized warehouse aisles.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we train).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
