Job Overview:

Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before distribution.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
- Organization: Keep storage areas organized and tidy to facilitate efficient workflow and retrieval of goods.
- Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate daily logs and inventory records.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; full training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
