Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe work environment. Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders by selecting, packing, and labeling items for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with team members and resolve logistical issues efficiently.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and clean to facilitate efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a reliable means of transportation.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand safety protocols and work instructions.
