Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory counts.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Perform daily quality checks to ensure product integrity before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cleveland facility.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a standing/walking environment for extended periods.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
