Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Load and unload freight trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, or specific shifts) as required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available).
