Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan items, pick orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery as certified.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging before shipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (and potentially weekdays for training).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
