Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Process and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition and workflow continuity.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills for inventory and packaging.
- Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
