Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight from delivery trucks and trailers.
- Packing & Sorting: Sort, pack, and organize merchandise for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Equipment Use: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Workplace Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Weekend Availability: Willingness to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
- Experience: No experience required—high school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to pass a background check.
- Basic Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counting and strong attention to detail.
