Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks, including inventory management and order fulfillment, with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless transitions and efficient workflow during weekend shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipment contents, and documenting any discrepancies.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve operational efficiency and safety knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
