Responsibilities
- Manage Inventory: Accurately receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to resolve workflow issues.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure inventory accuracy.
